Secure payment & digital delivery
Checkout: All fifteen listed products are one-time purchases in Canadian dollars. The product page and Stripe checkout show the applicable price. Payments are completed on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. We do not ask for or receive your full payment card number through this store or through customer support.
Delivery: After checkout, Stripe redirects you to protected retrieval. Use your checkout email to access the complete purchased ZIP once payment is confirmed. Extract the ZIP and save the actual files privately. Each ZIP includes a local guide (PDF or HTML) and a personal purchase note. No hosted product account is needed to use the files. No physical shipment or recurring subscription is included.
All digital sales are final. Because the kit is a downloadable product, we do not accept returns or offer discretionary refunds, exchanges or cancellations after purchase, including for change of mind. If you paid but cannot access the files, contact us with your receipt for download assistance. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. Never email card numbers or security codes.
Online payments can occasionally be declined or interrupted. We provide download support for confirmed purchases, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website or payment-network availability.
All sales final — digital products
All sales are final once payment has been completed. Our products are delivered digitally and cannot be physically returned. We do not offer voluntary refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, compatibility preferences not contradicted by the listing, or after receiving access to a downloadable product. Review the applicable file format, compatibility requirements, features and product description before you buy.
Problem with delivery? If your confirmed purchase does not download properly, email customer support with the date and Stripe receipt or transaction reference (never your card number). We will help troubleshoot and provide access to the purchased file.
Your legal rights remain. Nothing here excludes or limits remedies required by applicable consumer protection law for non-delivery, material defects or misdescription, or any lawful payment dispute rights. Where a refund or other remedy is legally required, it will be provided as required by law.

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive license to use the templates for your own event planning or internal planning. You may share your completed seating assignments and catering summaries with people involved in your event. Information involved
To process orders or respond to support requests, we may receive your name, email address, purchase details, and messages you choose to send. The website provider may process device, visit and basic security/analytics information. The storefront may store local preferences such as saved items in your browser.
Why we use it
We use order and contact details to confirm purchases, provide downloads or legally required remedies, respond to support requests, protect transactions from fraud, and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. You do not need to send us real guest lists, client records or private business documents to buy these paid products. Please do not send sensitive records unless specifically needed for support you request.
Aggregate page and checkout-button signals
To improve store navigation, we may count page displays and clicks on Stripe purchase buttons using our existing Cloudflare service. These are simple aggregate event counts by date and product, not unique-visitor profiles or evidence of actual purchases. This event counter does not use tracking cookies or deliberately store names, email addresses, IP addresses or browser identifiers. It honours supported browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Website and hosting services may separately process normal technical request data for security and operation.
Service providers
Checkout payment details are processed by Stripe, and website and communication service providers may process limited technical or contact data needed for the service. Their systems may operate outside your country. We do not request your card number in email or support conversations.
Retention and choices
We retain order and support records only as reasonably necessary for service, dispute handling, accounting and legal obligations. You may ask what personal information we hold, request a correction, or ask for deletion where applicable. Requests can be sent to the contact email below. Necessary storage and processing may be subject to legal retention obligations.
We will not add you to promotional email campaigns solely because you made a purchase. If optional marketing is offered later, it will require an appropriate choice or consent as required by law.
