How you use it

Unzip on your device, open the included HTML application in a modern browser, create a record for each request, review the suggested client message, and export backups before closing the page. No login, cloud record storage or subscription is needed.

Approval status in the app is only your internal record. It does not make a contractual agreement, send messages, collect payment, provide e-signatures or guarantee fees. Follow your actual contracts and applicable law.

Before purchase

The tool does not automatically save or sync records: download a private JSON backup before refreshing or closing. Use a current browser with JavaScript. Protect any personal or financial details exported to files.

Keep the requested change, fee, schedule effect and separate written approval together.

Edition 1.2 adds Scope_Change_Approval_Fillable.pdf and a matching editable text form to the complete ZIP.

Save the filled PDF in a compatible PDF reader, then reopen it to check your entries. Use the text form for longer notes or if your reader cannot save fields. These are manual offline records; they do not calculate totals or synchronize with other files.
