Create a turnover record, complete manual room checks, review restock shortages and handoff notes, then export or back up your records. This tool works offline and does not transmit records to us.

This is a manual organizer, not property management software, a safety certification, legal compliance audit, automatic cleaner dispatch, photo storage or cloud synchronization. Confirm tasks with your cleaning team before guests arrive.

Before purchase

Use a current browser supporting local HTML files and JavaScript. The software does not auto-save to our servers; export JSON backups deliberately and secure files containing property/guest information. Verify all prices, schedule flags, handoffs, restocks and costs independently. It cannot make your property safe, legal or guest-ready by itself.
