A record you can fill and save

Record a physical count and investigate differences before entering a stock adjustment.

Edition 1.1 adds Stock_Count_Reconciliation_Fillable.pdf and a matching editable text form to the complete ZIP. The workbook also exposes incomplete movements and shows whether the rounded price meets the entered margin target.

Save the filled PDF in a compatible PDF reader, then reopen it to check your entries. Use the text form for longer notes or if your reader cannot save fields. These are manual offline records; they do not calculate totals or synchronize with other files.
